We are absolutely shocked and horrified by the abhorrent actions of the Russian government against Ukraine. There are just no words. 4D-Reef stands for cooperation across borders, finding strength in our cultural differences, and the knowledge that we are stronger working together.
One of our own early stage researchers is from Ukraine, currently living in the Netherlands for her research. The strength of her and her friends and family still in Ukraine is simply incredible.
If you want to help, but don’t know how, you could consider any of the following options:
1) Spreading awareness.
2) Join demonstrations in support of Ukraine in your cities.
3) Donate. Do your research and donate to an organization that will make the most of your donation. There are many local organizations active in Ukraine, as well as international organizations that have established special funds or are on the ground in and around Ukraine.
